We invite you to use our charming chateau as your bed and breakfast holiday base.

The Chateau is situated in the heart of the Forest of Sologne, between the small town of Lamotte Beuvron (Loir et Cher) and the village of Pierrefitte sur Sauldre, an ideal base to visit the beautiful Chateaux of the Loire valley, and many other places of interest. The Chateau sits in 6 hectares of pleasant woodland with its own small lake.

The original owner developed the Chateau as a place of peace and quiet. A place ideally suited for those seeking rest, peace, and meditation – with a beautiful chapel that reflects the intent of the original owner.

The  Chateau, built at the end of the 19^th century, with its exteriors of brick and dressed stone, internally reflects the style that developed in the 1920’s as Art Deco. The whole interior has been refurbished with a great deal of care and attention. The public areas with their high ceilings, and each of the individual rooms all reflect the overall serenity of the environment.

The woodland areas, with the lake, are a natural place of attraction for birds, ducks, deer and other fauna, especially early in the morning as the dappled sunlight glints upon the dew-laden grass.
